1. Add an individual patient
To add an individual patient, go to the menu on the left hand side and select 'Patients', then 'Add Patient'.
Enter the patient information in the 'Add a Patient' form. Fields that are required are indicated with an asterisk (*).
Once you have entered all the information, click the 'Create Patient' button at the bottom of the screen. The patient will now appear in the patient list on the left hand side of the dashboard screen.
2. Add multiple patients (administrators only)
Multiple patients can be added at the same time by using the bulk uploader. This will take a list of patients in a CSV file and insert them all into the system.
Go to the menu on the left hand side and select 'Patients', then 'Bulk Add Patients'. Here you can download the sample CSV which you can load your patient data into.
The required fields are as follows:
patient_number OR medical_number
email_address OR phone_number
Note: Please download the sample file and populate this and ensure you save the file with UTF-8 character encoding, otherwise it may get rejected by the system.
Upload your prepared CSV by clicking 'Select File (max 3MB)' and then select your CSV file.
Note: If you have duplicates in the CSV file, or are trying to add a patient that already exists in the system, the upload will fail and no records will be created. Edit your CSV file and try again.
