By registering for the above conference, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out below.

Registration

Eligibility

Adults over the age of 18 working in the healthcare setting are eligible to register and attend. Preferred job titles include surgeon, consultant nurse, and legal service manager. Other titles will also be considered. EIDO Healthcare reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration for any persons that do not meet the registration requirements and/or provide false information when registering.

Registration Process

This event is free to attend. Delegates must complete the online registration form. Delegates can cancel at any time either on the registration site or by contacting [email protected].

Code of Conduct

Respectful Communication

All attendees are expected to communicate respectfully and constructively. Negative comments, interruptions, or any form of disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

Professional Conduct

Attendees should dress appropriately for a professional setting, be punctual for all sessions, and avoid distractions such as mobile phone use during presentations.

Inclusivity and Non-Discrimination

The conference is committed to providing an inclusive environment for everyone. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Attendees should respect the diverse backgrounds and perspectives of others.

Harassment-Free Environment

Harassment, including sexual harassment, bullying, and discrimination, is strictly prohibited. Any incidents should be reported to conference staff immediately.

Intellectual Property

Attendees must not use, reproduce, or distribute any conference materials or content without authorisation. Confidential information shared during sessions must be kept confidential.

Collaboration and Networking

Participants are encouraged to network and collaborate but should respect the privacy and personal space of others. Unwanted solicitation or invasive behaviour is not acceptable.

Health and Safety

Respect for the Venue

Please respect the conference venue by keeping it clean and avoiding any damage to property or equipment.

By adhering to our code of conduct, attendees contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional conference environment. EIDO Healthcare reserves the right to ask anyone not adhering to the code to leave the premises.

Recording and Photography

By attending, attendees consent to the conference organisers recording and photographing sessions, including audio, video, and still photography. These recordings and photographs may be used for promotional materials, educational content, social media, website content, and archival purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded or photographed, please inform the conference staff at the registration desk. Attendees are allowed to take photographs and record sessions for personal, non-commercial use, provided it does not disrupt the event or infringe on intellectual property rights. All recordings and photographs taken by the organisers are their property, and attendees grant the organisers a licence to use their likeness in these materials. The organisers are not responsible for attendees who do not comply with these guidelines.

Liability

EIDO Healthcare reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or speakers.

Force Majeure

The organisers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these terms if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, government regulations, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, and other unforeseen events. In the event of such occurrences, the organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the conference and shall make reasonable efforts to notify attendees as soon as possible. Attendees agree that the organisers are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from such events.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions will be governed under UK law.

Amendments

EIDO Healthcare reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any changes will be shared with registered attendees via the email address supplied at the time of registration.

Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between EIDO Healthcare and conference attendees. They supersede any prior agreements.
