Phone Number Error
You are here because this error is showing on the patient record in the EIDO Dashboard.
Reason for Error:
This error has occurred because the patient’s email address is missing, and the phone number format recorded in their patient record is incorrect. As a result, articles and consent forms cannot be sent to the patient.
How to Fix:
- Phone Number Update:
- Confirm the patient’s correct mobile number.
- Notify front desk or administrative staff to update the information in Lorenzo/CareFlow EPR immediately.
- After making the changes, refresh the screen to ensure the updates are reflected in the EIDO system.
- Alternative Option: If the patient agrees, you can proceed with the consultation and complete the consent process in the hospital instead.
