Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Search for a patient, then view their patient record.
Find the consent form to be withdrawn in the list, tap on the triple-dot menu and select “Withdraw Consent”.
Confirm your request to withdrawn on the popover by tapping the green button.
The consent form is now withdrawn and a watermark inserted onto the document.
